Staphylè, 100% Verdicchio, is obtained from a selection of grapes harvested at the end of September.
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where it also ages for 4 months.
Verdicchio Staphylè has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a mineral aroma with floral notes. On the palate, it remains soft with a slightly bitter finish.
Perfect to pair with white meats and fish.
