Wine composed of 70% Montepulciano and 30% Sangiovese, harvested in mid-October; fermentation takes place with maceration of the skins for 16 days and aging in second-passage barriques, for 12 months.
The Rosso Piceno Simonetti has a ruby red color with violet hues and a scent of red fruits and spices.
In the mouth, the wine remains soft, warm, and persistent. Excellent for grilling and red meats.
